Baylor

The Central Texas Technology and Research Park (CTTRP) has been established to develop, promote and market university research, science and engineering technologies, and advanced technology training and workforce development. It was created by a group of state, county and city governments and organizations, and higher educational institutions in central Texas.

The park's first project, the Baylor Research and Innovation Collaborative (BRIC) will be housed in the former General Tire facility, an existing 300,000 square foot building and the surrounding 21 acres that were donated to Baylor University.

Once completed, the building will provide a unique blend of university research, industry, workforce development and training, public symposia and business start-up support space.
